Now when I've finished my job and am free I'll take an active rest for a week. Here is my plan:It's the season of fall and man must eat lots of supplements so I'll try with these:
fish oil - EFA(essencial fatty acids) for brain and eyes
lemon juice - for the electrolytes
olive oil - for the EFA omega 3:omega:6 is 1:1
yogurt - for the beneficial stomach bacteria
spirulina, pumpkin or beta carotine capsules for the eyes
1. most important I'll limit my time in front the computer downto 2 checks of the email - morning and evening.
2. instead I'll strengthen my social contacts.
3. I'll drink 2 liters of water daily.
At the end of the week I'll post you the results!
